Pickled chicken feet breakfast

The white the white powder on oh rice flow rice flower he’s a master of this ding-ding Tong dingding candy and you can hear him making the dingding noise oh here it is may may may wow guys it’s been like 5 years since I had this dingding Tong let’s try it out guys M oh it’s like a little citrusy in a way m it’s good for the throat wow it’s really Taffy
like yeah it’s a little lemon a little vanilla too ning ning shanga it’s like a little lemony and vanilla it’s like a Malto Rock Sugar with lemon and vanilla in there really delicious J let’s go see what we can find for uh a breakfast or a snack first things first maybe some chicken feet we got chilies we got radish pickles and actually quite a few varieties of chicken feet let’s start off with some chicken feet for breakfast and some cold salad full action here you you just take some of this start off with pigier I
think that’s a duck intestin there and then let’s get some of this this looks like a Lotus root potato woodier mushroom cauliflower salad that looks good oh and tofu oh yeah look at that with seaweed so what you do is you give her the custom salad selection and then she’s going to add more chili oil more garlic fresh chilies in and make it upgraded spicy this is the magic station here she’s putting it into the Sichuan salad bowl chopping it up so we got the pigier we got the duck intestine and the Sichuan salad oh garlic big leaks chili
more fresh garlic onion oh peanut salt MSG vinegar that’s a sesame oil oh and then peppercorn Citron peppercorn soy sauce it’s all in there and this is the magic look at that sich Juan chili oil and let’s get some of this chicken feet too these are pickled chicken feet so they’re going to be sour and spicy and citrusy you can see lemon in there there’s radish pickled carrot look at that all different types of pickled chilies here it is deep in the local morning Market starting off the day we’ve got the pig salad with Sichuan

MSG wow she’s just rocking out each portion individually wow it’s really aromatic wow and that silk and tofu is just so soft and silky and of course it’s got that MSG to bring out the flavor and the broad bean paste this is just amazing guys to be back super delicious street food and chungu Jang K it’s really delicious let’s keep seeing what we can find look at all the classic Sichuan ingredients in here guys we’ve got Sichuan peppercorn we’ve got dried chilies of all different varieties we got all.

Numb your mouth with Sichuan peppercorn

The
medicinal Chinese herbs here look at all these chilies here guys and this is where you grind up the chilies into dried chili paste oh look at that he’s going to upgrade Kaa that’s Sichuan peppercorn powder wow onto my DOA oh and some chili wow let’s try it out ch ch upgraded do [Applause] w m that’s numbing when you eat eat one of these it’s like your mouth just tingles with electricity but it’s almost citrusy in a way this is the most numbing Sichuan peppercorn it’s bringing back memories this guy we’ve seen like 5
years ago and he remembers us we remember him he’s giving me discount there it is Sichuan haaja sitan peppercorn this [Music] challenge it’s extremely numbing yeah a type of strong maybe I shouldn’t have eaten a peppercorn it’s been too long I got weak seriously I could barely breathe there I think there’s a street snack up here sichan Street snack okay special pork Blood let’s try it out oh there it is so it’s a bowl of boiled pork blood oh soybean green onion but then the real secret I think.

coming oh J meang secret chili oil let’s try it out guys look at that let’s get some of that pork blood chili chili oil Chi ch ch ch M wow M how your handen the pork blood actually tastes like tofu in a way it’s just soft and full of flavor and the best part about it I think my favorite part is the chili oil combined with the crunchy soybeans you got the soft pork blood which just takes on the flavor of the chili oil and those crunchy soybeans almost like popcorn in a way byebye let’s keep on and look what
we found here guys a little Sichuan Street pancake stall look at this she’s putting the fresh mold on the the flame right now she’s going to oil the pan so she’s got this sticky rice flour batter so it’s like a fermented rice flour batter look at that and it says F on there which means happiness and then going to place it down okay here it goes look she’s rotating it to get the heat even here we go look at this it’s time to put the filling insane Aroma it’s like a fermented rice Aroma almost smells alcoholic almost smells like sour
fermented in a way and toasty so that’s peanut Sesame soybean and sugar so that’s going back on and then let’s see what happens next oh and then she’s adding more rice starch on top and look at how perfect she is she barely misses a drop so it’s a rice pancake literally that’s what it’s called and then it’s going to cow it’s going to roast ooh look at the golden wow it’s glowing it’s got a golden aura wow sh oh Hong look at that happy cake let’s just break it open

sauce and then garlic going in look at that Sesame going in and then Here Comes oh that’s the secret sauce it’s looking nutty it’s looking like peanutty almost and then chilo and then look they just get some green onion look at this guys full noodle cauldron and all of this chili oil on the bottom and then the noodles go on top and then here’s the plating station look at this guys that’s the huor roll twice cooked pork with chili broad bean paste oh there’s a few different variations but definitely what you want to get is this one here the

splattering and it smells smoky it’s like a smokey and you can see all the L starch jelly piled up here as well look at that so he starting here he’s got peanuts big giant leaks quaja Sichuan peppercorn salt MSG garlic soy sauce vinegar all in there H oh Sichuan luno the soul of Sichuan look at that CH oh and then here comes the chicken wow so he’s loading in the chicken into all that chili oil garlic and spices wow look at that try one of these Beauties so here it is look at this it’s
a pumpkin with fatty pork belly on top it’s like a pork bacon with this kind of like ground rice on top Tai let’s go try that and here we are guys look at the food and the food just keeps coming out on the back of this bike absolutely amazing you cannot go wrong eating here oh there’s just so many Specialties Sichuan food is one of the best foods in the world without a doubt and here we are guys I am pumped to be back at the old joints eating food we’ve got pig brain mapu and look at that you can see big chunks of pig brain
in there lots of chili lots of Sichuan peppercorn made with Sichuan broad bean paste and then we’ve got their signature chili that’s like a yellow mung bean starch jelly noodle covered in the most amazing chili paste diami and the different varieties of chili paste in Sichuan is out of this world oh look at this I don’t know if I’m ever going to eat the food just keeps coming I just can’t get enough looking at this absolutely amazing okay now we got to eat but I’m just too excited watching everything it’s so overwhelmingly
exciting we’ve got Fang R this is fatty pork belly with this almost like a rice meal like sort of like ground rice flour and then with pumpkin and potato I think and then we’ve got their tea smoked duck here as well well everything’s classic but these two is what I’m looking forward to the most let’s try a pig brain tofu right on this rice and if you remember we brought the 1 million subscribers norra and India here and we took shots of pig brain in a shop glass okay let’s try that out for is pig brain tofu get a little pig brain get a little
tofu oh it’s loaded with Sichuan peppercorn that’s going to numb your mouth and numb your brain let’s try it pig brain tofu here we go I’m I’m oh M wow the pig brain is so silky and buttery and smooth the flavor of tofu with the mapo flavor in there it’s incredible okay let’s go in for Chen theen the yellow beans starch jelly noodle with their signature chili paste on top let’s try this one [Music] out wow that broad bean paste on there is so packed with flavor you know how there’s Umami in all the bean pastes of
Asia right soy sauce broad bean paste all the different types of broths you can make with soy and different beans this is like next level okay let’s just try this tea smoke duck now oh wow look at the fat layers in there and it smells Smoky almost like a bacon like a Smoky bacon try that [Applause] M how food wow M that’s incredible that is so juicy fatty Smoky seriously it almost tastes like bacon but it’s duck I’d say even more juicy Lama he says it’s amazing CU it’s the best they come here all the time

this long lineup we’re going to order a big bowl San leang 150 g of noodles spicy go take a look here guys here comes the noodles look at this wow look at that guys big cauldron of noodles and then look this is the chili oil making over here so he’s putting MSG sit one peppercorn Jango and then he’s lining up all the chili oil bowls here oh think you can just take the broth like that that really you can just drink the noodle bra that’s what you do here comes guys the time for the noodles to go in the bowls here it is he rocking the
scene look how many empty bowls we got here he’s putting noodles in each one in all of these chili oil and then look they get a scoop of this meat gravy on there as well oh and then what you do is you ja this okay let’s go eat okay and here we are guys classic sh out Zang man I’m really pumped look at this big line up behind us you can you can tell it’s good when there’s a big lineup and we’ve got a beautiful bowl look at what they’ve got here they’ve added two different types of meat one ground meat on top and
then one meat gravy and then underneath is a chili oil when you mix up those noodles and you got to get that chili oil in there mix in the gravy that is looking absolutely insane I cannot wait to try this my mouth is watering as we speak let’s try it

out W and you can tell this spice is good just look at the line up here those are some of the most potent sauce packed noodles I’ve ever eaten the gravy the meaty gravy is so soothing and then sauce is so infused with actually it’s a little numbing it’s a little spicy and
then the noodles themselves are all Dante they’re a bit springy they’ve got that springiness to them and then there’s the freshness from the green onions it’s really really good oh the secret is you got to get the Citron chili oil mixed in and my mouth oh the mouth your Mell feel here when you eat it’s like a flower a numbing electric flower that’s the best I can describe it with spicy chil wow amazing guys that was Unreal super good we’re going to keep eating sh okay and here we are guys look at this back alley Hot Pot it’s going to be
good oh my goodness I think we got to line up I think this is it right here look at all the people eating hot pot wow yeah here it is we get the how from in here any how uh P Lang way Lang way okay so we just got here we just got the how you see the number ticket and basically you just wait uh we got to wait about an hour for a table but it’s going to be worth it the first bite of Hot Pot in like 4 years this is going to be an iconic moment and our buddy over here was just saying it’s about an hour
wait that guy youa Shire May if I’m if I’m lucky wow almost almost okay 2 hours maybe and take a look at this guys this is the iconic moment Street Hot Pot in chungu right on the street it’s been a long time Tai haa and we’re going to get a big spicy oh Tai look at this [Music] WOW extreme Spice look at all the different variations of chilies we’ve got this nuo in the bottom that’s beef fat that’s going to melt slowly they put leaks in there and tons of Sichuan peppercorns look at this guys we got the full menu here fatty beef let’s get some
fatty beef slices and then we’ll also get some Ting loves this the yach the duck intestine dofu PE I love tofu skin look at this guys just digging to the bottom you can feel it’s so thick wow with dried chilies those are all chili seeds garlic that is thick that is insanely spicy there that is going to be extreme I can already tell my mouth is going to burn first important step when making hot pot you got the bowl okay now we got some important ingredients here three classic ingredients and then we’ve got some other additions here so start
with the sesame oil this gives it Aroma number two oyster sauce mix it in and number three actually this two vinegar is good for reducing spice that’s the secret you just put a little touch in and it’s a little less spicy and then look at that just going to add some coriander that’s the real joy and my favorite here tons of garlic then you mix it all up and that’s what you dip your Meats into look at that the first thing they just brought here is the duck intestine over top of some shaved ice and some shrimp balls we can make that
into balls and put it in but there’s a lot more coming okay and here we go Shia these are the shrimp balls oh there’s the the fish eggs on top oh and chicken feet one thing a lot of people say about Hot Pot is that it makes the food kind of all taste similar but I actually think once you get used to it it’s it’s just elevating the food into a new dimension so all of these meats go into the pot s ordered this one that’s Goose intestine we got some beef we got different cuts of beef we’ve got a beef bone we got shrimp dumplings we got tofu
skin and look at that black tofu this is going to be good and here we are guys let’s just put a bunch of beef in look at that beef going in let’s just put a bunch in here Goose intestine going in there look at that long in wow that’s a long intestine let’s put a chicken foot in here this looks like a soy bra chicken foot that’s a delicacy in China it’s good for your skin full of collagen right in that chili let’s put some toe I’m really excited and some of this black tofu oh that should be a good start here we go guys let’s just dig in wow it’s
full of ingredients now I’m really pumped I’m really really pumped because it just smells so delicious let’s take that look at that shrimp ball put it in that sesame oil with that garlic with that cilantro with that vinegar and take it down first bite first Hot Pot in like four years M that’s insanely aromatic and with the vinegar with the sesame oil it’s just explosive in flavor it’s numbing as well your mouth tingles and it’s bringing back memories next up we got the goose intestine seriously the flavor that is
on each bite you take here that hot pot is just so full of flavor it’s intense chili but it’s not I mean it is spicy but it’s not like death level it’s more just like pleasurable spice M oh that’s a goose in testing it’s like crunchy almost it’s got a crunchy crispness to it oh J we’re getting more chili look at that Jala that’s insane Hi H look at that oh my I can’t believe we did that that’s insane we just asked for more spicy and they added in like another pound of chilies look at that oh and
this is sichan wow so this is a starch jelly oh and here’s.

The T look at this Sichuan chili oil going on to those Len starch jelly noodles and here it comes wow thaa W thaa so we’re going to try that these are actually cold they’re cold starch jelly so they’re refreshing and spicy which is contrasting but actually spicy can be refreshing in Sichuan try that that’s insane that’s incredible it’s garlicky it’s slightly sweet nutty cooling absolutely delicious let’s go
into this extra spicy broth now look at that that’s take a tofu insane and actually tofu is one of the spiciest things you can eat in hot pot because it literally soaks all of the chili so this is going to be one of the spiciest spites w m hot and spicy M so you can feel the whole face it feels like your face is the sun it’s just like radiating heat woo but it’s good you can’t stop that’s the thing with Citron food you just can’t stop eating oh yeah look at this right here looks like there’s a dessert I think
it’s a hong Tong Bing fin okay here we go guys look at this so it’s a special Sichuan dessert and it starts over here starting with ice let’s see what goes in oh that’s the starch jelly and then we got strawberry some jelly more jelly oh some watermelon pineapple dragon fruit and peanut oh and sesame oh and some Hawthorn oh that’s fermented rice n Hong Tong oh that’s the Molasses the dark sugar oh wow one here it is and here it is guys look at that that’s the Hong Tong Bing Fen look at that she’s loaded in so many ingredients we
got lots of different types of fruit we got that fermented rice it actually smells kind of fermented almost alcoholic in a way we got lots of different starch jellies in there there’s ice on the bottom and she’s loaded in the Hong Tong the brown sugar molasses oh let’s just try it out it’s going to be refreshing [Music] M oh it’s really fruity M and nutty and almost tastes alcoholic with that f rice and now we’re getting into the good stuff the next part of the video we’re bringing you into the biggest Sichuan
Hot Pot Factory in the world you’re going to love this and today we’re with Lanna who’s going to be when we are go to this our Factory the Hot Pot Factory to and you will see a hot F how to make a hot po I’m so pumped yeah let’s go but first noodles right noodles first noodles noodles for let’s go okay so we just got in guys before the factory we’re visiting their main branch here in sing and there starting out reading company culture and philosophy wow that was amazing to watch I actually didn’t know what they’re

numbing your mouth tingles like it’s h yeah and some wow yellow PE yellow peas how the hand the yellow peas combined with the peanut it’s crunchy and then the yellow pea is almost creamy in a way they’re so soft and then we’ve also got this wow so this one is more chili oil and more fresh chili it’s going to be spicier right more spicy I love the variety of flavor in noodles and Sichuan one of the things I love about China is there’s thousands of varieties of noodles like thousands yeah
you can try yeah s thousands of different kind of noodles okay we’re going to go to the factory now guys CH big let’s see the biggest Hot Pot Factory oh here we are coming into the factory wow and here we are guys this is the moment Tai haa Hi H we’re at chili hog Factory yeah jisha I’ve been looking forward to this for years wow big Factory coming up so youve got the restaurant look here set up yeah so so people can cooperator and can come here passers can come here to see which one and which style this is

so the beef fat is in and then you put in all these spices and ingredients in next right so what do we got here Ginger Ginger P pan and then chili DED chili that is amazing Sichuan P DED chili Sichuan specialty spicy what else do we got here La that’s fermented sticky rice right yeah rice stick rice rock rock sugar rock rock sugar and then more broadbean paste and here comes the chili truck guys so I think what’s going to happen next is the oil they’re going to pour the oil onto these chilies here to get the aroma out and then put it back in so what happened
is you guys took these dried chilies and then turn them into this or what yeah we we put water and the boil in and then we become this one okay come on come on this is the [Applause] moment how that’s real Sichuan chili oil there and then he’s going to mix it up here look at that that is crazy it’s like you’re breathing in chili It’s So aromatic Here Comes The Greens the dong okay so we got coriander dong leaks I think parsley as well garlic garlic garlic oh Hong that’s 145° oil right
there yeah so be care it’s bubbling oh how careful it’s very hot okay careful it’s really hot okay okay come on let’s go w w w it’s h Hi H now for the big onion oh and the garlic onion and garlic yeah okay and next what they’re going to do is let these onions ginger garlic leaks all just fry into that oil and get the aroma into the oil and then remove them and put those chilies back in and then put a bunch of other spices in oh here it goes time to remove the onions and ginger so the oil that’s left is
just taang super aromatic right yeah wow look at that I’m just mesmerized watching this whole process oh you can see the garlic is all fried Shang it’s just perfectly caramelized next is quad Sichuan pepper corn look at that oh my goodness that’s it’s extremely spicy and numbing that’ll numb your mouth off next up is ginger Yan from Yan Southwest China oh wow oh going right in look at that so the oil is already fragrant and now he’s adding in ginger okay and next up is doang sich which is the home of Doan Jang fermented BR bean paste it’s the most
dumami flavor in the world W look at the beans in there this is the sole of citran C oh he’s going to they’re going to put rice liquor Chinese rice liquor into these Chinese spices here to G oh wow here we go oh my goodness that’s intense oh it’s getting more aromatic yeah oh it’s a potent Aroma potent rice liquor next up is the shanga right all those Chinese spices oh my and the oil just engulfs it okay and this is the highlight of the whole day guys putting the chilies into the into the oil 150 kgs just went into

more guys next up we got to try classic noodle y we’re going to get a bangang noodle oh and this is it here the belt noodles tyalla they go into The Cauldron and we’re going to see the whole process oh look at this slap it’s called bang bang because of the slap noise that they make okay here we go oh wow look at that oh he’s adding in a mixture of veg we got some lots of celery tofu bell pepper oh that’s the sizzling oil oh and then new roll J uhuh okay here we go so we got bean sprouts little bit of oh spinach and
greens garlic Lou oh here’s the moment the chili that’s bringing out the chili Aroma oh then neuro oh shangai and here we are guys look at that two beautiful bowls of she and noodles wow we got classic yopa look at that they put the hot oil on top of the chili and garlic and it’s brought out the aroma and there’s a beautiful concoction of flavors in there the other one b b men quite similar I think the main difference is the variety of vegetables and beef they put in there look at that guys that’s what it’s all
about you see all the chili that’s been sizzled with oil the aroma in that sizzled chili is out of this world let’s just go right in called bang bang because they slap the noodles on the table oh wow look at that let’s get a beef let’s get some noodle m m W oh that’s amazing oh it’s absolutely delicious a little sour I think cuz they put some pickled radish in there an aromatic from the soy and the sizzled chili with oil M let’s go in for this yata look at this it’s got bean sprouts

oh y oh the L fat oh this is the Lamb fat for the lamb soup Yang rang look at this he’s using lamb fat as the oil look at that he’s going to melt it and then put it into the lamb soup I think let’s see and that’s going to be the oil for frying and making the soup oh yeah there it goes look at that that’s going to be the fat the dry the lamb noodle soup with so what you do is you get the mo and you break it and then give it to the chef and he’s going to make the most amazing lamb noodle soup with the PE
bread in it and here we are just finished mowing the bread filling the bread now they’re going to make the soup look at that juicy fatty lamb meat wow big fatty slices of lamb oh and then they get some tofu some woodier mushrooms ooh some rice noodle some Tong oh and then it’s ready oh here it goes lambstock going in that’s the lamb stock oh there’s all the noodles and lamb meat and more peer bread look at that so what they just told us is that if you want spicy add it in yourself here it is guys look at that and we’re going to add chili into that
